If your reservation is cancelled up to 8 days prior the arrival date the deposit can be applied for a future stay within the next season.
If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, 100% of the deposit will be charged.In case of late arrival or early departure: the full amount of the whole stay will be charged. Only lunch or dinner will be deducted.

Guests may check-in at any time from 2pm on the scheduled day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10am (unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). This is also applied to all hotel facilities like beach and pool service, parking.
Rooms are available from 12 pm, when you book the full board option.

We suggest our guests the Allianz Booking Protection Insurance. For more details click here.
Please be aware that the insurance can be purchased not later than 11:59 pm of the day following the deposit payment.

The price includes:
- buffet breakfast
- beach service (1 umbrella with 2 beds per room)
- 2 pool towels
- animation activities for kids 6 days out for 7
- daily sweet afternoon snack for our little guests
- free onsite parking
- free bike hire
- 1 L water per room per meal for half and full board option.

The local tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon departure. The amount of the tax is € 2,00 per person per day (only for those from 12 years old) up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

The hotel is about 7 km from the center of Caorle, which can be easily reached by the city bus service (the bus stop is located in front of the shopping center “La Quercia”) or even by bike, thanks to the numerous cycle paths that connect Lido Altanea to Caorle.

We are about 700 mt from the beach. You can reach the beach easily by taking our free shuttle service. There is a stop directly in front of the hotel. It runs up every 15-20 minutes.

Upon arrival, you get a special beach card to be shown every day to the lifeguard on the beach.
The place number is directly assigned by the lifeguard anytime you enter the beach.
For this reason, the place number will not remain fixed for the whole stay.

Our pool is open daily from 9am to 7pm. The pool is not heated.

Yes, we do have free outdoor unguarded parking available on site and an underground garage available upon request for € 4,00/day.

Bike hire is available for our hotel guests free of charge. All bikes (only for adults) are equipped with a lock and stored in our garage. You can pick up the key at the front desk with a € 10,00 deposit.
We also have bikes with child seat.
All bikes must be returned every time you get back to the hotel and left locked in the garage.
Please note that the key of the lock must be returned to the front desk, otherwise the deposit will be retained.

The restaurant opening times are:
Breakfast: from 7:00 am to 10:30 am
Lunch (light menu): from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Dinner: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

The service is buffet style. We offer bed and breakfast, half board and full board options.
Breakfast is always included in the rate. Please be aware that full board starts with lunch on arrival day and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
For afternoon arrivals, lunch cannot be taken on the day of departure unless specifically agreed in writing at the time of booking. There is no refund for meals, which are not taken by guests.

1L Water is always included. All other drinks have to be charged to your room and paid when you check out.

Our restaurant is open for hotel guests only. Non-residents can dine with you; however, we would need to be notified in advance.

Furthermore, please note that whilst precautions will be taken during food preparation to prevent cross contamination, however, we cannot guarantee that will be no traces of the allergen in the meals provided as the meals are not prepared in an allergen free environment.
For that reason, we serve exclusively gluten free pre-packed meals. Our restaurant staff can provide assistance on any questions may you have.
Should you have any food allergies or intolerances, please give us advice at the time of booking and we will do our outmost to accommodate these.

A special children’s buffet and a baby food corner with microwave and a selection of HIPP products are open daily for dinner from 6.50pm to 8pm.
If you need to warm up milk or food for your baby, our staff will be on hand to help throughout your stay.

Our animation program (6 days a week) is designed for children from 4 years old. Our little guests will be involved in a wide range of fun activities such as games, arts and crafts workshops, special afternoons (watermelon party, treasure hunt, Nutella party..) and the baby disco after dinner.
Children under 4 years old must be supervised by a parent.

Our hotel features:

- Indoor playroom suitable for children up to 6 years old: with foam mat, toys and kid-size tables and chairs. Here they can play safely and take part in art & crafts activities, face painting and much more..The room is supervised only at certain times.

- Teen’s room: older children can kick back in our games room, which features a PlayStation console, an air hockey table, a table football as well a vintage-style arcade machine. A great way to keep children entertained, no matter what the weather.

Yes, it is. The hotel has lifts and ramps that allow you to access all common areas.
Some rooms, on the ground and first floor, have accessible bathrooms equipped with grabs and handrails, a roll-in shower with a shower chair with back and arms.
These rooms are available on request and subject to availability. Please ensure you request at the time of booking.

The Hotel has a free wi-fi connection throughout the hotel and inside the rooms upon access via login. The password is always provided to hotel guests during the check in process.

Pets are not allowed.

In order to promote sustainable and conscious tourism as well as the adoption of good practices in tourism, the City Administration has provided for the determination of the entry fee to the Old City of the Municipality of Venice and other smaller islands of the lagoon. (Lido di Venezia compreso Alberoni e Malamocco, Pellestrina, Murano, Burano, Torcello, Sant‘Erasmo, Mazzorbo, Mazzorbetto, Vignole, S. Andrea, La certosa, S. Servolo, S. Clemente, Poveglia, Sacca Sessola).
Those who plan to visit the Old City of Venice without staying overnight, must book their visit on the specific computer application and, except for the conditions of exclusion and exemption provided by the Regulations, make the relevant payment of the fee of € 5,00 per person.

Bookings are made by entering the visitor's first name and last name in the form at this link or in the dedicated app. Once you have registered, you will be able to choose whether to download the voucher with QR-code and booking code or receive an email to the email address of the person who made the booking.

On a trial basis for 2024, booking and payment of the entry fee will apply from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days:

- 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 April
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May
- 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30 June
- 6, 7, 13, 14 July

Children under 14 years are not required to pay and do not need to place a reservation for access. They have to prove their age with a valid identity document.
